No Returns or Exchanges

Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our hair care products once they have been shipped. This policy protects the health and safety of all our customers and ensures the integrity of our handcrafted formulations.

Product Defects & Quality Issues

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged product, we're here to help:

Eligible Issues Include:

  • Damaged packaging or leaking containers
  • Manufacturing defects (broken pumps, cracked bottles, etc.)
  • Incorrect product shipped

Replacement Process

  • Include your order number and detailed photos of the issue
  • Describe the problem clearly

Step 2: Investigation

  • Our team will review your case within 2-3 business days
  • We may request additional information or photos
  • Each case is evaluated individually to ensure product quality standards

Step 3: Resolution

  • If the defect is confirmed, we will send a replacement product at no charge
  • Replacement products will be shipped within 5-7 business days
  • No need to return the defective product

What We Cannot Replace

We cannot provide replacements for:

  • Products you simply don't like or that don't work for your hair type
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Products used incorrectly or not according to instructions
  • Changes of mind about product selection
  • Products damaged after 7 days from delivery
