At CoilyGurls, each product is handcrafted in small batches in Savannah, Georgia. We take pride in ensuring your hair care products are freshly made and carefully packaged before shipping to your door.

Processing Time

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday)
  • Holidays: Processing times may be extended during holidays and peak seasons
  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday begin processing on Monday

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) for reliable, trackable delivery.

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Total Time: 8-12 business days from order placement
  • Tracking: Provided via email once shipped

Business Days

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday
  • Excludes: Weekends, federal holidays, and postal service holidays
  • Holiday Processing: Orders may take longer during holiday seasons

  • We offer free USPS shipping on all orders $75 and above

International Shipping

  • Signature: Not required for standard shipments
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • Apartment/Unit Numbers: Include all relevant address details
  • Delivery Attempts: USPS typically makes 2-3 delivery attempts

Package Not Delivered?

  • Check with neighbors, mailroom, or building management
  • Verify the tracking status on USPS website
  • Contact us if package shows "delivered" but not received

Wrong Address?

  • Contact us immediately if you provided an incorrect address
  • Address changes may not be possible once order is shipped
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery

Shipping Restrictions

We Cannot Ship To:

  • P.O. Boxes (some products may be too large)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (working to add this option)
  • International addresses (at this time)

Product Restrictions

  • Temperature Sensitive: Products may be delayed during extreme weather
  • Liquid Products: Packaged with extra care to prevent leakage
  • Glass Containers: Wrapped securely to prevent breakage

Shipping During Extreme Weather

Hot Weather (Summer)

  • Temperature Concerns: Hair oils and butters may soften during extreme heat
  • Normal Occurrence: Products will return to normal consistency in cool environment
  • Delays: Shipments may be delayed during heat waves

Cold Weather (Winter)

  • Freezing Temperatures: May temporarily affect product consistency
  • Normal Occurrence: Allow products to return to room temperature before use
  • Delivery Delays: Weather-related postal delays may occur

Damaged or Lost Packages

Package Damaged During Shipping

  • Report Immediately: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Photo Evidence: Take photos of damaged packaging and products
  • Resolution: We'll work with USPS to resolve shipping damage claims
  • Replacement: Eligible damaged items will be replaced at no charge

Lost Packages

  • USPS Investigation: We'll file a claim with USPS for lost packages
  • Timeline: Allow 7-14 business days for postal investigation
  • Resolution: Replacement or refund provided once claim is resolved

Holiday Shipping

Holiday Schedule

  • Thanksgiving Week: Limited processing (1-2 days only)
  • Christmas/New Year: Processing suspended December 24-January 2
  • Other Holidays: Processing suspended on federal holidays

Holiday Order Deadlines

  • Christmas Delivery: Order by December 10th for standard shipping
  • New Year Delivery: Order by December 20th for standard shipping
  • Holiday Rush: Allow extra time during November-December

  • After Processing Begins: Cancellations may not be possible due to custom nature
  • Contact Us: Email immediately for cancellation requests
